I’m a Queer, Mexican, fronteriza from the Sonoran Desert borderlands, happy to call Los Angeles home. I believe people in all bodies deserve healing, and you deserve therapy that centers your cultures.
My approach to therapy blends conversation and body-based practices to offer multiple channels for processing emotions. I integrate Attachment-Focused EMDR and EFT to help clients reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.
I’m here to support you with life transitions, diaspora grief, relationship challenges, recovering from traumatic experiences, and learning to be at home in your body.
In my free time, I find joy in nature, clay, mahjong, the wnba (go aces!), and my cats.
